whistlegraph [aka Jeffrey 🌀], born in 1989, lives and works in ashland, oregon where he spends his time teaching, programming and making pictures. he travels all over the world to give lectures and performances and is assistant professor of emerging media at southern oregon university. he received an mfa in sculpture from yale university school of art in 2013.
